Stories of Courage |

|
Georgia Penelope Wigglebottom was born on September 12, 2000 and immediately became the light of our lives. Without warning, she was diagnosed with multicentric lymphoma on March 23, 2005. She fought against cancer with courage and determination for 13 months, without ever losing her loving spirit or playful nature. With breaking hearts, we helped our little girl cross to the Rainbow Bridge on April 24, 2006. Though we can no longer hold her in our arms, she remains in our hearts forever. |

Below are stories of dogs who have battled or who are currently battling cancer. While some of the stories are sad, you will also find hope, joy and gratitude because of the love that these beautiful souls brought into the lives of their families. The fact is, these are not “just animals” dying of cancer. These are our family members, best friends, and sometimes, our angels in disguise. And please share your voice, your time or your money to help fight against canine cancer so that one day, we won’t have so many stories like these to tell. |
